(1) The Minister may, at
any time, modify the boundaries of a leased area for the purpose of rectifying
errors of measurement.
(2) If such a modification increases or reduces the
area of a leased area, the Minister may make a proportionate increase or
reduction, as appropriate, to the rent, contributions and other amounts that
the lessee is required to pay for the area.
