(1) An application for
renewal of an aquaculture lease is to be made to the Minister and must--
(a)
be in accordance with a form provided or approved by the Minister, and
(b) be
accompanied by the processing fee specified in Schedule 3.
(2) The Minister
may refuse to accept an application under this clause that is made earlier
than 12 months before the term of the lease is due to expire.
