FISHERIES MANAGEMENT (AQUACULTURE) REGULATION 2007 - REG 5
Fee payable when applying for aquaculture permit
5 Fee payable when applying for aquaculture permit
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the fee required to accompany an application for
an aquaculture permit is as follows: (a) for a class A permit-$277,
(b) for a
class B permit-$277,
(c) for a class C permit-$415,
(d) for a class D
permit-$692,
(e) for a class E permit-$553,
(f) for a class F permit-$415,
(g) for a class G permit-$692,
(h) for a class H permit-$692,
(i) for a
class I permit-$70.
Note: See section 145 (2) (c) of the Act.
(2) If a
person makes more than one application for an aquaculture permit at the same
time, the total fee required to be paid for those applications is the sum of
the highest application fee that applies to any one of those applications,
and: (a) for each additional application for a class I permit-$70, or
(b) for
each other application-$138.
