FAIRFIELD LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1994 - REG 25J

25J Timber and building supplies on land within Zone 4 (a)

(1) This clause applies to land within Zone 4 (a) General Industrial.

(2) Despite the other provisions of this plan, development for the purposes of timber and building supplies may be carried out with development consent on land to which this clause applies.

(3) In this clause, "timber and building supplies" means a building or place used for the display, sale (whether by retail or wholesale) or hire of goods or materials that are used in the construction and maintenance of buildings.
