ELECTRICITY (CONSUMER SAFETY) REGULATION 2006 - REG 30

30 Application for forfeiture of electrical articles: section 29 (1) of Act

(1) For the purposes of section 29 (1) of the Act, an application to the Local Court for the forfeiture of an electrical article is to be made by lodging an application in Form 1 with the registrar of the court.

(2) The Director-General must, not less than 28 days before lodging the application, serve a copy of the application on the person from whom the electrical article was seized.
