"customer" includes a person supplied with electricity under an exempt last
resort supply arrangement or a new occupant supply arrangement.
"transferred customer" means a customer who is being supplied with electricity
by, and who is or is to be transferred to, a retailer of last resort under
this Part.
"last resort supply event" means an event referred to in clause 59.
