32 Advertising of certain development applications

Pursuant to section 30 (4) of the Act, the provisions of sections 84, 85, 86, 87 (1) and 90 of the Act apply to and in respect of development (not being designated development) specified in Schedule 2 in the same way as those provisions apply to and in respect of designated development.
