EUROBODALLA RURAL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1987 - REG 30D

30D Prohibition on dual occupancy development-Kyla Park Estate

(1) This clause applies to Lots 1-16 DP 260322 (Cluster 1), Lots 1-13 DP 259656 and Lots 14 and 15 DP 733277 (Cluster 2), Lots 32-50 DP 260324 (Cluster 3), and Lots 51-59 and 62-69 DP 260323 and Lots 600 and 601 DP 808319 (Cluster 4), Kyla Park Estate, Turlinjah and Tuross Head, Parish of Congo.

(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this plan, only one dwelling-house is permitted on each lot to which subclause (1) applies.
