EUROBODALLA RURAL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1987 - REG 30C

30C Development of certain land at Old South Coast Road, South Narooma

(1) This clause applies to Lot 3 DP 734404, Old South Coast Road, South Narooma, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “ Eurobodalla Rural Local Environmental Plan 1987 (Amendment No 26) ”.

(2) Nothing in this plan prevents the Council from granting consent to the subdivision of the land to which this clause applies into two lots as defined by the broken line on that map.

(3) Clause 16 does not apply to the lots so created.
