14A Alteration etc of dwelling-houses-Zones Nos 1 (a), 1 (a1), 1 (c) and 10
Despite clause 11, the making of alterations or additions to a dwelling-house
in Zone No 1 (a), 1 (a1), 1 (c) or 10 is permitted with development consent.
