EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2005 - REG 64
Security plan
64 Security plan
(1) If a security plan has been submitted to the regulatory authority as part
of an application for a licence, the licensee must ensure that: (a) the
requirements of, and procedures specified in, the security plan are observed,
and
(b) all activities under the licence are undertaken in accordance with
that security plan.
Maximum penalty: 250 penalty units.
