(2) In determining a development application to which
this clause applies, a consent authority is to take into consideration--
(a)
whether the fire protection and structural capacity of the structure will be
appropriate to the proposed use of the structure, and
(b) whether the ground
or other surface on which the structure is to be erected will be sufficiently
firm and level to sustain the structure while in use.
(3) The matters
prescribed by this clause are prescribed for the purposes of section
4.15(1)(a)(iv) of the Act.
