Transitional provision-projects or concept plans otherwise prohibited for which approval may be given
8OA Transitional provision-projects or concept plans otherwise prohibited for
which approval may be given
Clauses 8N and 8O do not apply to a project application if, before the
commencement of those clauses, the Director-General had notified the proponent
of environmental assessment requirements under section 75F of the Act relating
to the project, or part of the project, concerned.
