ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000 - REG 288A
Special provision relating to Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest
(1) Development for the purposes of the Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest
during the period from 1 June 2010 to 20 July 2010 is not development for the
purposes of the definition of
"development" in section 4 (1) of the Act.
(2) Development for the purposes
of the Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest during the period from 1 June 2010
to 20 July 2010 is not an activity for the purposes of paragraph (k) of the
definition of
"activity" in section 110 (1) of the Act.
(3) In this clause,
"Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest" means the event described in Part 2 of
the Major Events Regulation 2010 .
