268ZN Powers of entry
(1) This clause applies to entry onto land under
clause 15 of Schedule 7 to the Act.
(2) Entry may be made only at any
reasonable hour in the daytime or at any hour during which business is in
progress or is usually carried on at the land.
(3) At least 24 hours notice
must be given to the owner or occupier of the land of the intention to enter
the land.
(4) An authorised person must not enter any part of premises being
used for residential premises without the consent of the owner or occupier.
