268Y Interpretation

(1) In this Part--


"consent ballot" --see clause 268ZC.


"co-owner" of a lot means a person who owns a lot jointly with 1 or more other persons.

(2) Words and expressions used in this Part have the same meaning as they have in Schedule 7 to the Act.
