"Part 3A application" means an application for approval under Part 3A of
the Act to carry out a project or for the concept plan for a project.
"project" means development to which Part 3A of the Act applies.
"public notice", of an environmental assessment or other matter, means the
publication of a notice of the assessment or other matter in accordance with
Part 3A of the Act.
