Technical provisions of the State’s building laws
227 Technical provisions of the State’s building laws
(cf clause 81NN of EP&A Regulation 1994)
For the purposes of section 109R of the Act, all of the provisions of the
Building Code of Australia are prescribed as technical provisions of the
State’s building laws.
