Contributions and levies payable under section 4.28(9) must be paid before work commences
136L Contributions and levies payable under section 4.28(9) must be paid
before work commences
(1) A complying development certificate issued subject to a condition required
by section 4.28(9) of the Act must be issued subject to a condition that the
contribution or levy must be paid before any work authorised by the
certificate commences.
(2) Subclause (1) applies despite any provision to the
contrary in the council's contributions plan.
