(a) be in the form
that is approved by the Planning Secretary and made available on the NSW
planning portal, and
(b) be lodged on the NSW planning portal.
(2) A council
must, as soon as practicable after a review of a determination of a
development application under section 8.3 of the Act is determined, notify the
applicant of the result of a review by means of the NSW planning portal.
