(cf clause 71 of EP[#38]A Regulation 1994)
(1) An application under section 4.54 of the Act for the extension of time to commence development--(b) must identify the development consent to which it relates, and(c) must indicate why the consent authority should extend the time.
(2) The application must be lodged on the NSW planning portal.
