70 Amendment of Strata Schemes (Leasehold Development) Act 1986
Section 66 of the Strata Schemes (Leasehold Development) Act 1986 , as in
force immediately before the appointed day, continues to apply to an
application made under that section before the appointed day as if the EP&A
Amendment Acts had not been enacted.
