53 Substitution of section 69 not to affect prescribed persons under that
section
The replacement of section 69 of the unamended LG Act 1993 by section 69 of
the amended LG Act 1993 does not affect the validity or continuity of any
regulation under which a person is a prescribed person for the purposes of
that section.
