Approvals required for certain prescribed activities
36A Approvals required for certain prescribed activities
(1) This clause applies to development of the kind referred to in clause 29
(2) (g).
(2) Development to which this clause applies must not be carried out
without an approval under Division 3 of Part 1 of the unamended LG Act 1993.
(3) This clause ceases to have effect on 1 July 2001.
