EXHIBITED ANIMALS PROTECTION REGULATION 2005 - REG 37
Species identification
37 Species identification
(1) An exhibitor of animals must make, and retain for at least 2 years after
it is made, a record of the name and qualifications of a person who identifies
a species of animals for the exhibitor.
(2) If the Director-General so
directs, an exhibitor of animals must have the species of the animals
identified by a person nominated by the Director-General.
Maximum penalty: 10
penalty units.
