Early childhood teacher in attendance--more than 80 children
333 Early childhood teacher in attendance--more than 80 children
(1) This
regulation applies to a centre-based service that-- (a) provides education and
care to more than 80 children; and
(b) is not a preschool.
(3) The
requirements in regulation 134(1)(b) do not apply to the service before 1
January 2020.
