Note:

The Dangerous Goods (Gas Installations) Regulation 1998 made under the Dangerous Goods Act 1975 is on and from 1.9.2005 taken to be a regulation made under the Gas Supply Act 1996 No 38. See clause 20 of Schedule 2 to the Gas Supply Act 1996.
