New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsAs soon as practicable after the Court gives judgment in respect of, or makes an order or gives any leave which has the effect of disposing of, an appeal under section 11 or section 23 (1) of the Crimes (Local Courts Appeal and Review) Act 2001 , the registrar shall send notice of the judgment, order or leave to the Magistrate who recorded the conviction, made the order, or imposed the sentence, appealed against.
