Removal of proceedings
52.6 Removal of proceedings
(1) Where an application for an order of removal
or prohibition relating to an action is granted or refused by the Supreme
Court, the plaintiff shall as soon as practicable serve the registrar with a
copy of the order granting or refusing the application.
(2) Where an order of
removal or prohibition relating to any proceedings is made by the Supreme
Court, the registrar shall, as soon as practicable after being served with a
copy of the order, send by post or otherwise to the prothonotary the file kept
by the registrar in respect of the proceedings.
