New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA licensee of a mobile children’s service who intends to change the premises specified in the licence (whether by relocating the service, ceasing to provide the service at particular premises or providing the service at additional premises) or to change a venue management plan:
(a) must request the Director-General to vary the licence under clause 26 (1) (c) with respect to the premises or venue management plan specified in the licence, and
(b) must provide the information and documents specified in clauses 16 and 17, where relevant, and such other information as the Director-General may reasonably require.
