CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATION 2004 - REG 24
Term of licence
24 Term of licence
(1) The Director-General may grant a licence for a term not exceeding 3 years.
(2) A licence takes effect on the day on which it is granted or such later
date as is specified in the licence.
