CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATION 2004 - REG 23
Form of licence
23 Form of licence
(1) A licence is to be in the approved form.
(2) A licence is to be endorsed
with any condition imposed on it by the Minister under section 209 (b) of
the Act.
(3) A person may be a licensee for more than one children’s
service.
