Applications for leave of absence
181 Applications for leave of absence
(1) An application under section 26 or 29 of the Act for a local or interstate
leave permit is to be made in a form approved by the Commissioner.
(2) The
Commissioner may require that an application be accompanied by a declaration,
in a form approved by the Commissioner, by the person in whose company the
inmate is to remain while on leave.
