CAMDEN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 46 - REG 20A
Height
20A Height
(1) A building must not exceed two storeys in height. A storey does not
include a roof void if the pitch of the roof does not exceed 45 degrees.
(2)
Basement car parking must not extend more than 1 metre above ground level.
