CAMPBELLTOWN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 197 - REG 7

7 Development control for brothels

(1) In this clause, "brothel" means premises habitually used for the purposes of prostitution, whether or not by only one prostitute.

(2) Development for the purpose of a brothel may be carried out on land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “ Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan No 197 ”, but only with development consent.

(3) Development for the purpose of a brothel is prohibited on all other land.
