CESSNOCK LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1989 - REG 17C
Earthworks within Zone No 1 (bwc) and Zone No 7 (b)
17C Earthworks within Zone No 1 (bwc) and Zone No 7 (b)
(1) In this clause:
"earthworks" means the addition or removal of any solid material on, to or
from land, or any other work that will substantially alter the existing ground
level or character of the surface of the land.
(2) A person may, with the
consent of the consent authority, carry out development for the purpose of
earthworks on land within Zone No 1 (bwc) or Zone No 7 (b).
