New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe provisions of sections 84, 85, 86, 87 (1) and 90 of the Act apply to and in respect of:
(a) development for a purpose specified in Schedule 1, carried out on land within Zone No 2, being development which, in the opinion of the Council, adjoins or is adjacent to residential areas, or
(b) development for a purpose referred to in clause 15,in the same manner as those provisions apply to and in respect of designated development.
