CASINO CONTROL REGULATION 2009 - REG 49
Codes of practice
49 Codes of practice
(1) The Authority may approve of a code of practice that deals with the
responsible sale, supply, service and promotion of liquor.
(2) The Authority
may approve of any such code of practice for all licences or for particular
licences only.
(3) If the Authority approves of a code of practice in
relation to a licence, it is a condition of the licence that the licensee
complies with the code.
