New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA reference in this Part to a service provided by a Member involving the use of the Member’s parliamentary position is a reference to any service provided by the Member to another person that arises from or relates to the use of the Member’s position as a Member, including (but not limited to) any of the following services:
(a) the provision of public policy advice,
(b) the development of strategies, or the provision of advice, on the conduct of relations with the Government or Members,
(c) lobbying the Government or other Members on a matter of concern to the person to whom the service is provided.
