New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsWhere the Registrar receives a Judge’s report, the Registrar shall furnish a copy of it to the Director of Public Prosecutions or the Attorney General, as may be appropriate, and to the appellant or his legal representative and, shall, if so directed by the Court or a Judge, furnish a copy of, or part of a copy of, it to any other person interested.
