CAMPBELLTOWN (URBAN AREA) LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2002 - REG 51N
General stores-Zone 2 (c)
(1) Despite any other provision of this plan, development for the purpose of a
general store may be carried out with consent on land that is within the
Edmondson Park Urban Release Area Precinct and Zone 2 (c).
(2) In this
clause:
"general store" means a shop used for selling general merchandise by retail
that has a floor area of no more than 50 square metres.
