(a) being an allotment of land within Zone No 2 (b1), 2 (b2), 2 (c1), 2 (c2) or 2 (d), has:(i) an area of less than 1 000 square metres,(ii) a depth of less than 28 metres, and(iii) a width at the front alignment of the building of less than 18.5 metres, or
(b) being an allotment of land within Zone No 1 (a1), 1 (a2), 1 (c1) or 1 (c2), as an area of less than 4 hectares.
