New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Council may grant consent to the carrying out, for a maximum period of 28 days, whether consecutive or not, in any twelve month period, of development for any purpose otherwise prohibited in a zone, but only if the Council imposes a condition on the grant of consent prohibiting the making of permanent changes to the land or buildings on the land.
