New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsDespite any other provision of this plan, a person may, with the consent of the council, carry out development on land within Zone No 3 (c) for the purposes of boarding houses, commercial premises, dual occupancy, dwelling-houses, medium density housing or shops, but in each case only if the development is in conjunction with, and ancillary to, use of the land for a purpose otherwise permitted on the land by this plan.
