Development within Zone No 7 (l)
26 Development within Zone No 7 (l)
(1) This clause applies to land within Zone No 7 (l).
(2) The council shall
not consent to the carrying out of development on land within Zone No 7 (l)
until it has taken into consideration the likely effects of the development on
the flora and fauna found in the locality.
