24 Definition of “corporation”: sec 3

For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of "corporation" in section 3 (1) of the Act, the following bodies of persons are prescribed:

(a) the Association of Independent Schools of NSW,

(b) the Catholic Education Commission NSW.
