23 Animals may be supplied to holders of animal supply licences: sec 48
A person is exempted from the operation of section 48 (1) of the Act with
respect to the supply to a licensed animal supplier of animals for use in
connection with animal research, so long as the person complies with the
requirements of Part 3 of Schedule 1.
