ADOPTION REGULATION 2003 - REG 52A

52A Guidelines for exercise of discretion to issue authority to supply adoption information under sections 133E and 133G

(1) For the purposes of sections 133E (5) and 133G (6) of the Act, the Guidelines for the Release of Adoption Information published by the Department of Human Services in the Gazette on the date of publication of the Adoption Amendment (Access to Information) Regulation 2009 on the NSW legislation website are prescribed.

(2) The Director-General is to ensure that the guidelines are available on a website maintained by the Department.
