ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS REGULATION 2002 - REG 5
Repeal
5 Repeal
(1) The Aboriginal Land Rights Regulation 1996 is repealed.
(2) Any act,
matter or thing that, immediately before that repeal, had effect under the
Aboriginal Land Rights Regulation 1996 continues to have effect under this
Regulation.
