39 Development of land known as 4 Parramatta Road, Summer Hill, and 47 Dover
Street, Summer Hill
(1) This clause applies to land known as 4 Parramatta Road, Summer Hill, and
47 Dover Street, Summer Hill.
(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this
plan, a person may, but only with the consent of the Council, carry out
development on 4 Parramatta Road, Summer Hill, for the purpose of retail sale
of electrical goods and 47 Dover Street, Summer Hill, for the purpose of
offices and car parking.
